Frustration Exploding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone knows how kids get frustrated sometimes. Well, that happened to me just yesterday. My sister Tish LOVES to mess things up. Last night, my Dad & I were trying to make a Lego car. She got some pieces. But we got some of it to work. I just noticed that I am still angry. I am really frustrated. But, you know. Sometimes kids get frustrated.

Chase, I'm so excited to read your blog. I love this post because it reminds me of when I was your age and my sister who used to do the same thing! Are you still frustrated?
ReplyDeleteI didn`t know that Nikki was that annoying!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou have a wonderful writer's "voice." It sounds like you're just talking! I LOVE IT! and I LOVE you!
ReplyDeleteChase, dahlin, writing about your frustrations is a very good idea. When I write about my own frustrations, I always end up feeling less frustrated.
ReplyDeleteI love you, precious boy.
This post really speaks to me because my sister loves to mess things up too... and she still does it... AND I'm still frustrated. I guess it never ends?
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT.
ReplyDeleteI will have to get my 7 year old daughter to read this. I have a feeling you both share a lot of the same frustrations. Why, only yesterday she was screaming into a pillow because her little brother was annoying her.
Chase! Great to see you are blogging. What a amazing way to express yourself AND practice your writing. I hope that Trent finds the same passion to write someday. Maybe you can discuss this over coffee sometime? Hee
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what else you have to say in the coming days.
Love from NC!!
Jess (Trent and Emme)
By the way, I had three brothers and I annoyed them ALL. But we are really good friends now that we are older. And actually, now they annoy me, so it all works out in the end. Love!
should have said AN amazing way. grown ups need to proofread, too!
ReplyDeleteHi Chase,
ReplyDeleteI think Cooper is going to be feeling the same way you do in a few weeks when his baby sister comes. Can I have him call you for advice when he gets frustrated with her?
Love you!
Chase, I'm the oldest too. My brother Jeff used to mess with my Legos all the time. It drove me nuts! We sometimes laugh about it now because we're such great friends.
ReplyDeleteLove the blog! Allison
Chase,
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! You are a beautiful writer. I love to read about what's going on in people's minds, so it's refreshing to hear your "voice" in what's frustrating you.
When I read it to Joshua, he said, "Me, too! I get so frustrated when Alex takes my Legos!" We'll keep checking back to see what you write next.
Love,
Michelle and Joshua
Also, I really like your title "Life from a Kids Eye View." Very cool.
ReplyDeleteHi Chase!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog. I think the twins are really going to love reading your blog ... as soon as they learn to read. Maybe you can help teach them!
Love,
Erin (and Ethan and Abby too)
Dear Chase, I love your blog! I read it to Ella and she loves it too! Keep writing, we'd love to hear from you.
ReplyDeleteDear Chase, I asked my mom to type for me. I like what you wrote. You and Tish are funny. I get frustrated too sometimes. Sometimes when I build my train tracks, my dogs Copper and Katie mess them up and it makes me mad. My mom tells me to take a deep breath and tells me to build it again. I think you are really nice. :)
ReplyDeleteNo worries Chase! Big (adult) kids get frustrated too! <3 Mrs. Witherspoon
ReplyDeleteDear Chase, It makes me angry when Chloe does that to me. <3 Morgan
Chase
ReplyDeleteYou did such a great job capturing that feeling and putting it down in words. It makes me remember when my twin brother and I were growing up. There were many times when we each frustrated each other.
Logan says that sometimes Evan makes her frustrated. "today he knocked my rings down."
What are rings, Jenny?
ReplyDeleteChase
Allison, I don't know you but if i did, i would think that you were really nice. Next time mandy comes over to my house i will ask her if i can see you. Any way, thank you all for reading my blog. I hope you enjoy it a lot because i will be doing this blog for many, many, many MANY years. I sure do like blogging!
ReplyDeleteAdrianne, I like how you call me "Dahlin". It's just so cute! how is Paige doing? Wait a second, Isn't Paige at our house? She is sleeping over tommorrow night! i will not be there because i am at my grandparents house right now in the norhtern neck not far from Paige's grandparents. Anyway, i hope Paige is having fun and when she gets back, tell her i said hi. Love,Chase
ReplyDeleteAustin, i miss you soooooo much that I can't STAND it. I look forward to seeing you. tell your mom that i said hi. I love you!
ReplyDeleteChase
Mom, what is a writer's voice?
ReplyDeleteChase
Casey, do you think Ella could start a blog?
ReplyDeletechase
Allison, I actually wanted my blog's name to be : Life from a kid's eye view, but it turned out to be Life by chase.
ReplyDeleteTrent, I guess the frustation never ends, huh?
ReplyDeleteChase
i think Alex will learn not to.
ReplyDeleteChase
Jess, what does proofread mean?
ReplyDeleteChase
Aaaah. now i know what a writer's voice is. It's a voice inside you telling you what to write on your blog. that makes sense.
ReplyDeleteChase
Jess, i didn't know that you had a seven year-old daughter. Do you think we could get together sometime?
ReplyDeleteChase
Alex and Josh are cute, aren't they?
ReplyDeleteChase
Jess, Coffee? I don't think that i am allowed to drink/eat coffee or coffee beans.
ReplyDeleteChase
I get frustrated a lot of times when my brother disagrees with me!
ReplyDeleteSo do I. Except I don't have a brother. I have sisters.
ReplyDeleteI thought you said that you and your brother agree on certain stuff.
