Embarrassments

Dear readers, how do you react when you are TOTALLY EMBARRASSED? I react totally AWFUL! I repeat, TOTALLY AWFUL! Here's what I do. I run around 1,576 miles an hour, then, I try as hard as I can to get out of the room that the drama is in. If that doesn't work, then I SCREAM at the top of my lungs like, AAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I try not to get in trouble. That is very hard, peoples!!!

  1. It sounds like the goal to not get in trouble would be exceptionally hard to achieve after running around so fast and screaming. Hmmmmm...

  2. Chase,

Seems to me that you run around about 1,500 miles an hour and do some screaming when you are just having fun anyway. So how do we know when you are embarrassed?

  3. Did something happen to you to make you type this blog? Did you get embarrassed today? I'm wondering if running and screaming would get me into that much trouble. Probably!

  4. The next time I feel embarassed, I'm going to run around as fast as I can and scream at the top of my lungs like AAAAAAAAAAA and see if that helps. (I'm not going to pretend that I can run 1,576 miles per hour because a very slow jog is about the most I can handle. And it will take me a few minutes to recover from that.)
    Love you, sweet boy.

  5. When I get embarrassed I feel like my heart stops pumping or something!? And I get so embarrassed that it feels like my soul just floated right out. I get all shaky and tingly and wiggly too.

  6. By the way, Chase, what made you write the embarrassing post on your blog today? Did something happen to you that was embarrassing?

  7. Very vivid description of your reaction. I can visualize it in my mind. I would have to say that I turn bright red and try very hard to just merge into the background, floor or whatever is closest. Hope you haven't had to go screaming out of the room in a while.
